- Elgin Paranormal Investigators was formed in June of 2007 by Founder Greg Stout. Members include co-founder/Tech Manager Mike Rohr, Video Tech/field investigator Krys Kurtz, and Audio Tech/field investigator David Umbach. Though the team is pretty new, all four of us have had at least 10+ years of experience in this field. Alternate investigators: Nicole Holley, Sarah Rohr.
We are 100% free of charge, and we investigate from a Scientific perspective.
